The best roads in the UK

There is something very special about taking your car out on a great road, the freedom and enjoyment you get is second to none! Let’s face it, when we first passed our driving test we were ecstatic, we would think of absolutely any excuse to get behind the wheel. After a while that excitement disappears and it can sometimes feel like a chore, especially when you are sat in traffic jams. It’s time for you to rediscover that love of driving and the best way to that is to hit the best roads that the UK has to offer.

I love taking my car out for a drive just for fun, I don’t have a place I need to go I simply have a road that I know is going to make buying my luxury car well worth it. You will be surprised how many luxury new cars you will see on the roads below, if you’re spending money on an amazing car then you need to find roads to match! Head to any of these roads and I promise you’re not going to be disappointed!

‘Snake Pass’ – Peak District

I am sure that many of you will have heard of this road before, it’s a very popular road. Due to it’s popularity it can also get very busy at times, if you can try to head there after peak hours. The A57 connects Manchester and Sheffield and is a good drive.

‘Evo Triangle’ – Wales

This route is named after the very popular car magazine; they actually use this route as a testing place for their cars – that is a ringing endorsement! The route is fantastic, you will get to drive along the A453, A5 and B4501, I’m sure you’ll want to do it time and time again just make sure you’ve got enough fuel!

‘Black Mountain Pass – Wales

This road runs through the Black Mountain range up in the Breacon Beacons. It used to be one of the best secrets Wales had, that was of course until a certain Mr. Clarkson decided to feature it on the world’s most popular car show. The landscape is magnificent; just make sure that you concentrate on the road because I know you will be staring at the views a lot.

I would love to hear if you have driven on any of these roads or if you have suggestions for where I and everyone else should head to next. Just pop your favourite routes in the comment section below, I’m looking forward to discovering some real gems around the UK.
